Reviews and Ratings
I was really disappointed with my stay. The rooms were not what I expected from a 5-star hotel—run down with a broken toilet seat, fraying furniture, and a really unpleasant smell. However, the complimentary happy hour with a generous selection of drinks and snacks was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, but the service overall felt inexperienced. The hotel has a nice happy hour to unwind, but the condition of the rooms and the lack of attention from supervisors really let down the experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall, with clean and comfy rooms that made for a great retreat. The location was really convenient, close to the airport and shopping center, but the service could use some improvement as things felt a bit disorganized at times. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some great options but also areas for improvement. Overall, it’s a decent choice, but not without its flaws.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel had its perks, like the lovely pool and its generally clean environment. However, my room overlooked the parking area with friends chatting loudly until the early morning, which was quite disruptive. I also found the service somewhat lacking, especially when I needed assistance with my requests. Overall, while the hotel has its charm, it didn't quite meet my expectations.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic for accessing nearby attractions and islands, but the rooms left much to be desired with their condition. Service was hit or miss, with some staff being very helpful while others seemed confused. Dining was okay, but the selection could definitely use more variety to keep things interesting.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. On one hand, the views of the sea from the room were absolutely stunning. On the other hand, the room conditions were far from what I expected at a five-star hotel, with broken furniture and a lack of basic amenities. The service was pleasant and helpful, though I did find myself waiting too long for my drink order. Overall, while there were beautiful sights, the room quality and dining experience left much to be desired.
