I was really disappointed with my stay. The rooms were not what I expected from a 5-star hotel—run down with a broken toilet seat, fraying furniture, and a really unpleasant smell. However, the complimentary happy hour with a generous selection of drinks and snacks was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, but the service overall felt inexperienced. The hotel has a nice happy hour to unwind, but the condition of the rooms and the lack of attention from supervisors really let down the experience.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall, with clean and comfy rooms that made for a great retreat.
